어제 수업을 빼먹었어서 그런지, 오늘은 좀 더 집중해서 학습한 듯.

1. It's natural result. Because less than half of the US states law's says that stop check the background of the people who has criminal records.

I have a little prejudice. Personality is not changed easily. Sometimes, some people can change if he/she figure out problems themselves. But most of people doesn't try to do that. That's why the person who has criminal records can make another mistake again like they did before.

2. Sure I did. I didn't know about the criminal people in US were a lot before. But I think they have to check the number of people who made nonviolent crimes like marijuana possession, because that's not a big deal in worldwide. The drug user could make social problems, but it's almost same as drinking alcohol. Also, I haven't used marijuana because it's illegal in Korea.
