1. I think this needs by everyone in Korea. Korea is also having a problem with housing. Most of the problem is money and place. We have lots of apartments, but the prices are high to buy. The concept of the SoloHaus will be helpful for everyone, especially young people.

2. Yes, it is. I don't know how to solve this problem well. If the estate can control by the government, I think it's going to be better than now. I heard some of the countries in Europe restrict the sell and buy estate hardly.
