오늘은 좀 어려운 단어들이 많았음. 그래도 관심있는 주제라 나름 술술 이야기는 풀어낸 듯.

1. It's very helpful for people who try to get another job. We have a similar rule as the article said. When the applicant finish their job interviews, they have to apply their health insurance document. HR people can assume the applicant's previous salary from the document. Sometimes it becomes hard to negotiate a new salary. The baseline is set by the document and many applicants can get just 10 to 20 percent raise from the previous salary.
