1. I think it is very communism concept. Sometimes, tattoo can represent a person's image.
   I don't like to see other's tattoo and I don't have any idea for getting one in my entire life. But banning an area, especially in a job, is too much of control from government.
   The nation also do like this every area, I think it makes people get sick and tired of their government. Someday it might be a punishment for their people and they might get back.
